Danny Lanz – CEO

Danny brings 20 years of progressive leadership experience including multiple senior executive roles in Aerospace and Biotechnology. Having successfully tackled a broad range of operations, engineering, sales, and technology challenges, Danny believes that the greatest assets of any business are its people. He has a proven track record of driving unprecedented business results by hiring and developing amazingly talented individuals.

Danny founded A&B Solutions in 2018 to deliver transformational operational improvements in the manufacturing industry. A&B grew quickly, and by 2020 the company evolved to include E8 Engineering to deliver technology-assisted “boots on the ground” solutions to supply chain challenges in quality-critical industries.

Danny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Cal State Long Beach and and MBA from Webster University.

John Marcin – Chief Technology Officer

With over 30 years of engineering, project management, supply chain, quality, operations, finance and business development experience, Mr. Marcin is accomplished in many trades, a master technical leader and a passionate mentor. John defines, develops and deploys best practice supply chain and quality services and systems for E8 customers.

John also supports emTRUTH, Inc. a blockchain software as a service provider. Prior to E8, Mr. Marcin spent time in ascending roles from hands-on engineers to senior leadership with leading Aerospace and Semiconductor companies. Additionally, he secured two patents, established a brand, and developed a global supply chain for a growing international wholesale and ecommerce business.

Mr. Marcin holds a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering and a Master’s in Business administration. John is a certified Project Management Professional.

Naila Moloo – Culture & People

Naila brings a passion for people and culture to the entire employee lifecycle. By designing, building, and consistently improving on processes and procedures impacting candidate and employee experience, she positively impacts the bottom line. She has successfully demonstrated the ability to identify opportunities that enhance business performance through strategic workplace initiatives.

She has over two decades of experience in human resource leadership including talent acquisition, training, group facilitation, organizational development, compliance, compensation and benefits. As a professional coach, she’s provided support to employees at all levels including developing effective leadership, mentoring and relationship building skills; conflict resolution; career development and with their personal and professional goals. Her background in marketing has supported internal communication efforts as well as developing an employer brand.

Naila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in marketing and a Master’s in Psychology. Leading from a balance of heart and mind, she embraces our values.
